Client Portal Terms
These terms govern use of any CMPROM client portal or workspace made available to clients.
1. Portal Purpose
The portal may provide project information, documents, downloads, invoices, licenses, notifications, support tickets and operational updates.
2. Account Security
Users must protect credentials, use individual access where possible, keep contact data accurate and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Information Status
Portal information may be indicative, delayed or subject to review until formally approved in writing by CMPROM and the client.
4. User Responsibility
Users may access only information they are authorized to view and must not upload unlawful, confidential third-party, malicious or infringing content.
