Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply where CMPROM offers recurring services, maintenance, support, licenses, downloads, managed features or platform access under a subscription.
1. Subscription Scope
The scope, price, billing cycle, limits, included support and renewal terms are defined in the accepted order, invoice, proposal or agreement.
2. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions renew according to the agreed billing cycle unless cancelled under the applicable commercial terms. Taxes and payment-provider fees may apply.
3. Access and Suspension
CMPROM may suspend access, support or delivery for overdue accounts, misuse, security risk or breach of terms after reasonable notice where practical.
4. Changes
Features, limits, pricing or service scope may be updated with reasonable notice where required by law or contract.
